Great teams reflect

We coach senior leaders across all our schools, and through that we have built up a pretty good idea of what makes great teams.
The start and end of the academic year creates a natural point for reflection and we have had a request from several teams to facilitate a session that allows the SLT to start and review the year. So we are pleased to offer a new service which we are calling 

‘SLT annual bookend review’

This is an opportunity for your team to reflect on your effectiveness, your ways of working and action points for moving forward - all guided by an external facilitator.

As ever, we have a keen eye on both time and cost and have a 3 tiered system.
