  • What are the attendance requirements for our course?
    We offer a variety of options for our coaching courses, but a typical programme might look like this: Phase 1 Term 1: 4 hours of 1:1 coaching with time for self-reflection Term 2: 6-12 hours of coach training with time for self-reflection Term 3: 2 hours of supervised coaching practice and 4 hours of self practice
  • What will I have to do to complete the course?
    To complete our course you will be required to attend the 1:1 coaching sessions, participate in coach training, and complete facilitated coaching practice.
  • How will coaching benefit me?

    1:1 coaching will typically take place once in every 2-3 week period.
  • What does my coaching certification allow me to do?
    We are an accredited training provider and a member of the Association for Coaching. The course you undertake with us is CPD accredited and acknowledges your participation in an accredited coaching course. You will be able to list this on your CV and use your new coaching skills to embed coaching within your school setting.
  • What happens during a coaching session?
    During a coaching session, you'll have dedicated time to reflect on your experiences, uncover your goals, and take steps to move forward. It's important to note that all coaching sessions are ultimately led by you, ensuring a personalised and self-directed approach to your growth and development.
