We 'do coaching' is something we hear a lot from schools.. but what does that mean? Our natural follow up questions include: Do you do it well? What does that look like? How deeply embedded is coaching in your school and what is the impact?

We have developed a framework that allows schools to assess their current and goal state. We carry out audits of our schools to allow them to progress through through the framework at their pace, further deepening their embedment and progressing through our levels.
