Our unique 'Coach in residence' model has been born out of our experience of working closely with school at every stage of coaching embedment. Any combination of training, 1:1 coaching, whole school work, targeted support for middle leaders etc.

It is adaptable, responsive and tailored not just to each school but what they require in the moment.

Perfect for schools who:

want to spread out their training
are on a pathway to embedding coaching
want support that is adaptable
Value regular face to face over online or concentrated in person support

How it works

It starts with The Chat...

You can't be surprised to learn that our first step is always based on open and trusting conversations to get to know you, your context and your goals better. If you want the official word we would say consultation

Once we have a clear picture of your needs then we get to work with the second stage - The Plan

We draw up a plan (overview and detailed breakdown of the work over the year)

The next stage is The Choice

You take the plan and get running with it internally or continue to use us as support to action the plan. Then the choice is how much support you require.

The Support - We ask you to sign up to an appropriate support level - knowing that extra support is available to add on should you require it.

We also have a flexible model that allows you to carry over unused hours to the following month (limited to one month)
